Like other companies, a public limited company is registered under the Companies Act of 2013. Limited liability protects members of a public company, who can sell their shares to raise money for the business. In India, three directors and a minimum of seven shareholders are needed to create a public limited company. To register a Public Limited company in India, you must have a minimum paid-up capital of Rs. 5 lakh.

Documents Required for Limited Company
- Passport sized photographs of all the directors
- Id card of all the directors- Aadhar, PAN and Voter ID card.
- Digital Signature Certificate of all the directors.
- Director Identification Number of all the directors.
- Rent agreement if the office is rented
- Ownership documents if the place is owned
- NOC by the landlord
- Memorandum of association MOA
- Articles of association AOA

- Registering DSCs of the directors: As a next step, our team will register DSCs for the directors of the company. The need for DSC arises while signing the incorporation application.
- SPIC e+ Form Application: Next, our team will prepare the documents in the format accepted by MCA and fill upload the same while filling out the SPIC e+ form.
- Incorporation of Company: That’s all. The MCA review and approve the application in 2-3 working days. Post that, we will share the PAN, TAN, and Certificate of Incorporation of your company.
